
Mindful Evening Reset 🌿 A 60-minute guided experience for women to slow down after a long day.
Join us for a gentle evening of movement, breath, and mindful presence. This beginner-friendly session is free of charge and offers a calm and supportive space to release tension and reconnect with your body and mind.
During the practice, we will explore guided meditation, gentle mindful yoga movements, a short body scan, and a closing relaxation to help the body and mind slow down and settle.
The intention is not to achieve perfect poses, but to experience the body with curiosity, kindness, and acceptance.
No previous yoga or meditation experience is needed.
